Shipping Policy

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select Indian pin codes.

 

A shipping charge of ₹60 is applicable for COD orders on selected cart value orders.

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse through our courier partners. Please allow the following delivery time from the date of order confirmation:

• Domestic Orders: 5-7 business days

Order deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

 

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please arrange for an alternative person (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor) to receive the package on your behalf. The company will not be responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.

 

Any claims for shortages or damaged items must be reported to customer service on the same day of delivery.

 

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the product type, packaging, size, volume, and other logistical factors. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed, so customers will be aware of the charges before placing the order.
